Shipping and Returns

Domestic delivery

Ready-to-send items should arrive within 3–5 working days. Items that are already made up or don’t require additional embroidery will be sent as soon as possible.

Made-to-order timing

Please allow up to 4 weeks (28 days) for made-to-order items to be made and sent. Each product description states whether the item is ready to send or made to order.

International orders and customs

Before ordering internationally, please check your country’s customs rules and regulations. Any additional customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Lou’s embroidery does not accept liability for these charges.

Returns

We do not offer refunds on custom orders. This includes anything made to order or items with a name added.

You may return items that are ready to send. NOT MADE TO ORDER OR PERSONALISED. Returns must be sent back unwashed and in their original packaging. Items returned washed or marked will not be refunded because they cannot be resold.
